Internal Security Act

The Internal Security Act 1960 (ISA) (Malay: Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri) is a preventive detention law in force in Malaysia. The legislation was inherited by Malaysia after it gained independence from Britain in 1957. In essence, it allows for the arrest of any person without the need for trial in certain defined circumstances. Malaysia is one of the few countries in the world whose Constitution allows for preventive detention during peacetime without safeguards that elsewhere are understood to be basic requirements for protecting fundamental human rights.

First 60 days

A person detained under the ISA during the first 60 days is held incommunicado, with no access to the outside world. Furthermore, lawyers and family members are not allowed access to the detainee during this initial period. If a two-year detention order is signed, the detainee is taken to the Kamunting Detention Centre to serve his or her two-year term, during which family members are allowed to visit. Otherwise, the detainee may be released.

I don't really read the newspaper, cos they all say lies...wait...i think i got that off Dj Shadows' Perfect Strangers once again i think so...anyway...yea it's been a while since i had a proper news paper reading session, cos most of the news is not the real jizz anyways, some drma somewhere...but... the Raja Petra incident, now thats news...dude i might be the million-th random dude that is saying 'u r the man' but yess u are...n what do ya get??? T-R-O-U-B-L-E

Can u believe that, a threat to nation?? yes, if u have the capability of an influenza...spreding...weaking the anti bodies...a V I R U S u are and we need to take care of it... so much for freedom of speech...wait..we dont have that =P

Now...
Are you suppose to get detained if you are reporting on something? Like.. writing the minutes for a meeting and you wrote what exactly happened but your boss was not happy and he decided to de-promote you...WHACK aint it??

So this chick reporter right ( Tan Hoon Cheng ), she was detained,,,dude...like wtf...for writing what...the truth???

And what ever happend to the fcuk who didnt apologize for what he had said...Ahmad Ismail?? i cant... no no no... actually i cant be bothered to remember his name...anyway...he was stripped of his posts...whoaaa bigg deal...why wasn't he datained?? ( was he? i dont read papers )

Having said that, this is also related to Seputehs MP Teresa Kok ( i still think Fong Po Kuan is hotter) . so.. she was detained under ISA for asking as few ( well, places like Puchong , Kota Damansara and Sri Serdang to lower down their speaker volume during prayers and such ) come on ,,, don't deny it we all have gone thru this, not loud music bangin but prayer out loud that it makes you wonder..

I had this ex, who stayed near a mosque, so each time we made out and them blarin the speaker, sets the mood bad...but eventually after a while we didnt care , we carried on...it was as tho like your mom nagging... in the right ear out thru the left... Now this is not how it shoud be... from respecting it we came to not care bout it... is this what they were aiming for??? i think so...
